Manager role focused on operational excellence within a product portfolio, specifically enabling AI-driven transformation by identifying, scaling, and embedding AI-enabled ways of working, leveraging automation, analytics, and intelligent tools to improve decision-making, efficiency, and delivery outcomes. The role partners with product and technology leaders to shape how work gets done, using AI to improve speed, scale, and consistency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and apply AI, automation, and agent‑based approaches to improve portfolio planning, execution, and reporting.
  2. Partner with product, technology, and central teams to pilot and scale AI‑enabled solutions such as copilots, workflow automation, and decision‑support tools.
  3. Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, high‑impact use cases that improve insight, efficiency, and value delivery.
  4. Lead AI‑enabled executive planning and review cadences (e.g., QBRs, operating reviews, ad hoc leadership discussions), providing clear insights on progress against product roadmaps, OKRs, transformation priorities, risks, and dependencies.
  5. Coach leaders and teams on adopting AI‑enabled ways of working and operating effectively in ambiguity.

Skills

Required

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 8+ years of experience in product, strategy, operations, or services roles within technology, payments, or global B2B/B2B2C environments.
  • Experience supporting portfolio operations, executive reviews, and cross‑functional leadership forums.
  • Demonstrated success leading operating model or transformation initiatives at scale.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making as a business leader.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with minimal structure.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly with executives and teams.
  • Comfort challenging legacy ways of working and advocating for better outcomes.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong influencing skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear priorities, actions, and decisions.
