Manager for Commercial Education for the MONARCH Urology Platform at Johnson & Johnson MedTech. Responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive training program for internal commercial teams, including content design, execution of training cohorts, tracking effectiveness, and reporting on program performance. Requires experience in healthcare commercial or education roles, and experience educating on complex medical devices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the design of the learning pathway and development of content for new commercial team hires.
  2. Manage all elements associated with the delivery of the commercial education program, including dates, locations, asynchronous learning, facilitators, equipment, etc.
  3. Develop and implement strategy for tracking effectiveness of learning pathway.
  4. Facilitate onboarding and new hire training, including clinical and non-clinical topics.
  5. Accountable for end-to-end certification process – registration, scoring, completion.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in progressive Healthcare Commercial or Education roles such as: Sales, Sales Training, Professional Education, Instructional Design, Clinical / Medical Education, Marketing or Sales Management; or other applicable experience.
  • Experience educating clinicians, sales team members, and/or peers on complex medical devices or technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen, understand feedback, and competently relay information within the organization.

Nice to have

  • Medical device sales experience.
  • Experience working with Urologists and/or Endourologists.
  • Foundational knowledge of the Urinary System and disease states
