What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to support sales growth objectives. Ensure that all operational processes, particularly in inventory management, are effectively supporting the assigned accounts and field territories.
  2. Analyze operational data to provide insights to Sales Leadership, ensuring informed decision-making. Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance inventory efficiency and address analytical needs across the US Sales leadership.
  3. Oversee the management of orthopedic consignment inventory and equipment, ensuring optimal par levels while minimizing waste and excess. Lead inventory rebalancing and allocation strategies to efficiently meet the demands of the business.
  4. Coordinate the launch of new products and their deployment to assigned accounts. Ensure proper resource allocation and support throughout the introduction phase to optimize uptake and sales.
  5. Partner with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to enhance workflow and efficiency. Work with external stakeholders to align operational activities with commercial strategies.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, Healthcare Management, or related fields
  • focus on inventory management and sales support
  • Prior experience in leading and managing smaller teams
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects that drive operational improvements and sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills
  • experience using advanced Excel, Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization

Nice to have

  • Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards related to inventory management and supply chain processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
