What you'd actually do

  3. Recruit and develop team members (Account Executives)
  4. Drive sales activities such as lead generation through outbound activities and foster the creation and maintenance of a healthy pipeline
  5. Support new members in their ramp-up and guide them to success

Skills

Required

  • Direct sales experience in companies with innovative technology (SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure or similar preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing outbound sales teams, including closing
  • Accurate forecasting ability for team performance
  • Understanding the importance of coaching, mentorship, and team management
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing market
