Manager, Commercial Sales at DocuSign, responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to drive new business and expand existing customer accounts within the Enterprise Verticals market. This role focuses on coaching, quota attainment, deal management, and forecast accuracy, while collaborating with internal teams and partners to promote adoption and usage of Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage sales teams daily, including pipeline/deal review, coaching and customer facing within sales cycles
  2. Grow Docusign revenue within the Enterprise segment by selling into prospect and install base accounts
  3. Assess sales activities and forecasts, determine sales progress and required improvements
  4. Coach team to develop their sales skills including vertical market management, forecasting, prospecting within account base, negotiations, and other necessary skills; while maintaining individual accountability to goals
  5. Provide value in complex negotiations and the closing of new business, including appropriate use of Senior Sales and Corporate Executives to maximize results
