Manager, Commercial Sales for Superhuman, an AI productivity platform. This role leads a team of Account Executives, focusing on coaching, operational rigor, and driving sales for the Superhuman platform which integrates AI into various applications to enhance productivity. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to shape go-to-market strategies and deliver customer outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 Account Executives to exceed revenue and activity goals.
  2. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and supportive sales culture.
  3. Partner with Sales Leadership, Pre/Post Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to design and execute go-to-market strategies for the commercial (mid-market) segment.
  4. Regularly forecast team performance and ensure pipeline accuracy within Salesforce.
  5. Drive accountability by setting clear expectations, running 1:1s, and providing real-time feedback.

Skills

Required

  • SaaS/AI sales experience
  • leadership or team lead role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams
  • Experience with Commercial SaaS sales cycles
