What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, schedule, monitor and review work of subordinates.
  2. Develop and execute strategy and culture promotion framework for CCMC & CRDC Wuxi through diverse communication channels and tools.
  3. Provides leadership, direction and coaching to less experienced communications representatives. Leads the development and implementation of communication strategies and actions designed to meet customer needs while reinforcing organizational culture and leadership expectations. The incumbent is knowledgeable about company processes, systems and methodologies.
  4. The position spans a variety of areas of functional specialization within the communications function, working on multiple communications activities both internally and/or externally including culture, engagement, and change-related initiatives.
  5. The incumbent performs active consulting functions with one or more of the following: vice presidents, department directors, business process owners and other groups to support business alignment, culture engagement, and effective change communication.
