What you'd actually do

  1. Leads the strategy and execution of key corporate initiative programs for both internal and external stakeholders with ownership of training and sales enablement materials.
  2. Collaborates with business partners to research and translate complex concepts into well-crafted memorable and emotionally relevant content.
  3. Builds communications and materials that meet specialized needs while ensuring a singular, compelling brand message across any medium, including internal and external channels.
  4. Sets the standards for overall tone, visual storytelling approaches and campaigns to create engagement, ensuring cohesion across the program experience, while meeting business goals.
  5. Provides servant-style leadership, setting the plan and providing content and timely direction with cross-functional partners in way that facilitates easy enablement and maintains engagement, while holding others accountable.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing communications with a focus on training content
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to develop learning plans and communicate ideas and concepts creatively and concisely
  • Ability to set vision and lead cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience with integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
