What you'd actually do

  1. Own and scale one of the largest paid search portfolios in the industry, allocating and optimizing a nine-figure annual budget across multiple platforms.
  2. Define and execute the strategy for New Customer Acquisition, Churned Customer Resurrection, and overall MAU growth.
  3. Drive incrementality and measurement rigor by leveraging MMM, lift testing, and attribution to move beyond standard ROAS metrics.
  4. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 2-3 direct reports responsible for campaign execution and bid optimization.
  5. Stay at the forefront of search innovation by experimenting with Search Automation, Auction Dynamics, and Generative/AI Search platforms.
