What you'd actually do

  1. Evaluate new opportunities with top creators, podcasters and companies, overseeing the entire partner deal life cycle from sourcing and pitching talent, leading negotiations and overseeing the partnership launch.
  2. Oversee all aspects of negotiation, including collaborating with strategy teams in the financial analysis and forecasting process, while also drafting and redlining contracts, liaisoning with cross-functional teams to optimize deal structures, and helping with launch support.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, strategy, finance, product, marketing, operations) across the company regularly, representing the team’s interests in deal launches and ad-hoc projects.
  4. Continuously develop market expertise through tracking of the competitive environment (including emerging talent and industry trends), working to ensure implications are well incorporated into programming strategies.
