What you'd actually do

  1. Manage all contract requests within an assigned geography to support customers consisting of IDNs, group purchasing organizations, collaboratives, government entities, ASCs, and stand-alone hospitals.
  2. Triage requests and prioritize workload to deliver contracts aligned with account management and field sales priorities; serve as a strategic partner to account management and field sales.
  3. Resolve complex issues through customer and internal stakeholder negotiation, including unique contract language requests, obtaining internal approvals, and assisting in dispute resolution.
  4. Ensure appropriate work assignment and workload balance across the contract management analysts supporting the assigned geography.
  5. Maintain strong attention to detail while identifying emerging patterns, trends, and insights across offers.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of business experience
