Job Summary:
PayPal is seeking a highly organized and strategic M&A Due Diligence and Integration Manager to lead cross-functional diligence and integration planning for acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships. This individual will play a critical role in translating deal rationale into actionable integration plans that preserve value, mitigate risk, and accelerate synergies. You will work closely with Corporate Development, Business Unit leaders, and functional stakeholders across PayPal to enable scalable, repeatable M&A execution in support of the company's growth and innovation agenda.
Job Description:
**Essential Responsibilities: **
- Analyze global strategic investment opportunities for corporate development
- Assist in sourcing, qualification, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal closing activities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to support deals and portfolio companies
- Identify and qualify new investment ideas and companies from internal and external sources
- Maintain strong relationships with executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders
- Deliver insightful reports to senior leaders on the dynamics of the venture ecosystem
- Provide strategic guidance on venture investments and potential growth opportunities
- Manage communication and collaboration across teams during the deal process
- Evaluate potential investments and their alignment with business goals
- Support ongoing relationship management with portfolio companies to drive value
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Partner with Corporate Development and functional leads to scope and manage end-to-end due diligence workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Finance, InfoSec, Legal, Risk, HR, Compliance) to assess risk, surface integration requirements, and inform deal structuring.
- Translate deal rationale into integration objectives and design fit-for-purpose operating models (e.g., full integration, standalone, or hybrid).
- Lead integration readiness assessments, Day 1 planning, and post-close execution for active deals.
- Align with business unit sponsors and functional teams to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
- Develop and maintain integration plans, checklists, templates, and playbooks.
- Drive cross functional workstream coordination, issue resolution, and milestone tracking.
- Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with value drivers and synergy targets.
- Monitor post-close progress, identify risks, and lead post-mortem reviews to continuously improve M&A execution.

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
