Disney Disney · Media · Lantau Island, Hong Kong

Manager, Corporate Alliances at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort responsible for driving new strategic partnership revenue, developing creative commercial relationships, and managing the full Business Development P&L. This role involves market research, pipeline development, end-to-end partnership execution, financial analysis, and team management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand broad partnership market trend, best practices and conduct market research on prospective partner companies, across the Asia market, particularly in the Greater Bay Area. Identify alignment between prospective partners’ products and brand strategies with HKDL’s goals and priorities.
  2. Own the full Business Development (BD) P&L, including the development of BD strategies, action plans, and pipelines of prospective clients. A creative mindset is essential, with the ability to devise innovative solutions and think outside the box to come up with tailor-made proposals.
  3. Lead the end‑to‑end execution of new partnership development, from influencing and securing internal senior executive alignment to managing external communications. This includes building business models, developing and pitching creative concepts, negotiating commercial terms, and executing alliance contracts and agreements.
  4. Apply strong analytical skills to translate multiple data sources into actionable business insights and partnership models. Evaluate deal viability and success factors, including annual fee structures, value‑creation opportunities, and present compelling, data‑backed narratives to C‑level stakeholders.
