Adobe is seeking a Manager for its Corporate Development team to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, and investments. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders, conducting comprehensive financial and market analyses, and managing the M&A process from sourcing to integration planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, investment banking, or corporate development, with exceptional analytical and project management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with internal partners to develop strategic investment themes and assess potential acquisition and investment opportunities.
  2. Identify product gaps, evaluate build/partner/buy, and collaborate on target selection.
  3. Conduct comprehensive, meticulous analyses to influence decision-making, including industry TAMS, competitive landscapes, customer overlaps, as well as valuation and financial models.
  4. Coordinate all aspects of the M&A process (e.g., due diligence, data rooms, internal updates), support M&A integration workstreams, and leverage suite of corporate development systems & tools.
  5. Establish a robust understanding of new customer segments, industry trends, market positioning, and emerging companies.

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS from a top university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field
