This role is for a Manager, Corporate FP&A - Consolidation. The primary responsibility is to lead the orchestration of the corporate reporting cycle, including compiling, validating, and communicating global financial results. The role involves designing reporting calendars, standardizing templates, reconciling management reporting with statutory filings, aggregating inputs, performing data integrity checks, managing bridge analysis, and preparing executive and board presentations. It also includes synthesizing qualitative commentary and partnering with Investor Relations. A key aspect is evaluating and improving the current reporting workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement lean finance practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and manage the Corporate Reporting Calendar, coordinating timelines across global business units, accounting, and tax to ensure a synchronized close
  2. Standardize reporting templates and submission protocols to ensure one version of the truth across the enterprise
  3. Act as the primary liaison between the Controllership and FP&A teams to reconcile management reporting with statutory filings
  4. Aggregate inputs from multiple P&L owners into a consolidated corporate view, ensuring all intercompany eliminations and corporate adjustments are accurately reflected
  5. Perform high-level integrity checks on consolidated data to identify anomalies before results reach the CFO
