Manager, Corporate Sales (nordics)

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 hunter Account Executives
  2. Drive team to exceed new logo ARR targets ($4-6M annually)
  3. Achieve team quota attainment of 100%+ consistently
  4. Maintain team retention rate of 85%+
  5. Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with each team member

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams
  • 3-5 years of individual contributor sales experience with proven quota overachievement
  • Track record of developing top-performing sales teams (80%+ quota attainment)
  • Experience managing 6-10 direct reports
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Expertise in prospecting methodologies and hunter sales motions
  • Salesforce and sales analytics proficiency
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic Language

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS management experience
  • MEDDPICC or similar methodology certification
