What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure the Sales team is the top performing team in the industry, outselling the competition by leveraging our successful value selling model
  2. Develop and execute on territory, team and quarterly Plans
  3. Build plans to maximize the growth opportunity for CrowdStrike in North Asia.
  4. Work with Sales team to maintain a strong pipeline with accuracy in pipeline management and reporting
  5. Manage Account Executives’ professional career development

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record within Corporate Sales Management
  • Proven leadership experience in either a direct Management role
  • A good understanding of cybersecurity technologies
  • Proven track record in exceeding targets
  • Experience working in a hyper growth environment with aggressive YOY growth
  • Outstanding communication skills; both verbal and written

Nice to have

  • Cyber Security industry experience
  • Experience with cloud-native security platforms and solutions
  • Knowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies
  • Business Fluency in one of more languages - Mandarin, Korean and Cantonese will be an advantage
  • Knows how to leverage channel partners to drive successful customer outcomes
  • Ability to maintain focus on daily schedule, objectives and effectively set priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a highly interactive environment
  • Evidence of sharing knowledge with peers and working as a member of an effective team
