Manager for Customer Development team focused on pipeline generation for Enterprise SLED Sales at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team to over-achieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline for our Enterprise SLED org.
  2. Manage CDRs to execute on weekly campaigns, call-out days and KPIs including daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  3. Engage with CDRs and managers, sharing best practices in outbound prospecting techniques, including phone, email, social outreach, and use of intent data.
  4. Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.
  5. Attract, hire, and develop world-class CDR talent

Skills

Required

  • At least 2 years experience as a team lead or CDR manager
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs.
  • Strong EQ skills, practicing active-listening and empathy.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and sales dashboards (Tableau, etc.)
  • Passion for coaching your CDRs to higher performance.
  • Organized with problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess a growth-mindset: fast learner, motivated, and driven
  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape.

Nice to have

  • 1 year of closing experience for a technology company is a plus!
  • Experience in the SLED space also a plus!
