This role focuses on driving strategic growth and adoption of Caterpillar's S•O•S Fluid Sampling Services for Condition Monitoring. It involves developing and executing growth strategies in collaboration with industry teams, dealers, and customers, with a strong emphasis on delivering customer value, increasing service utilization, and using value-based messaging. The position also involves managing corporate account customers, strengthening customer experience, and building relationships with dealers and internal partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive SOS sample growth through targeted, data-driven initiatives in alignment with Condition Monitoring
  2. Partner with industry teams and dealers to identify growth opportunities and expand SOS adoption
  3. Enable digitally integrated recommendations by advancing the integration of S•O•S insights with condition monitoring, digital tools, and commercial offerings
  4. Lead management of S•O•S corporate account customers by ensuring aligned processes, consistent service delivery, and coordinated engagement to support customers
  5. Define and communicate a clear S•O•S value story for internal partners, dealers and customers
