Peloton is seeking a Manager, Global Performance Creative Analytics & Experimentation to shape how creative drives subscriber growth. This role involves designing testing frameworks, analyzing creative metadata, and translating data into actionable insights to guide future testing and creative evolution. The candidate will lead the development of a learning agenda, scope incrementality tests, develop a 'Creative Composite Score' framework, and explore emerging AI tools for asset evaluation and predictive modeling. The role requires strong analytical skills, creative intuition, proficiency in SQL/Python/R, and experience with major digital advertising platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development and execution of the yearly global performance creative learning agenda.
  2. Based on the yearly and quarterly learning agenda, partner with Media Analytics, Media, and Creative Strategy to establish prioritisation, the methodology, execution, and roadmap of global performance creative experimentation.
  3. Scope and execute customised creative incrementality tests in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  4. Develop, maintain, and scale a proprietary "Creative Composite Score" framework to evaluate creative health, combining platform delivery metrics, attention/retention signals, and downstream business efficiency.
  5. Partner closely with internal data engineering teams and external agency partners to expand, enable, and enforce a granular creative metadata taxonomy (spanning strategy, concept, and message levels), transforming the creative library into a highly structured, analyzable dataset.

Skills

Required

  • 4-5+ years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Creative Analytics, or Marketing Science, with a heavy emphasis on media measurement and creative performance evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience blending rigorous statistical expertise with strong creative intuition, including an understanding of hooks, pacing, asset saturation, and audience resonance
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using statistical programming languages like Python or R for large-scale data analysis and modeling
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation methodologies, causal inference, synthetic controls, matched market testing, and regression analysis
  • Deep understanding of major digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Pinterest) and how creative inputs directly influence platform delivery algorithms, auction dynamics, and CPMs
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical data science methodologies and complex platform dynamics into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for creative teams, media agencies, and marketing leadership
  • Experience managing projects across multiple cross-functional stakeholders or global regions, with a proven ability to prioritize testing roadmaps and maintain clear documentation
