Manage engineers and technical partners supporting automation systems across one or more regions, partnering closely with facilities operations, design, commissioning, construction, IT, and cybersecurity teams. Responsible for translating automation standards into executable programs, supporting major initiatives, improving operational consistency, and developing technical talent within the building automation function.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead building automation, controls, and OT engineering resources supporting one or more sites, campuses, or regions.
  2. Manage the day-to-day execution of BMS, controls integration, OT network support, alarm management, and automation-related operational initiatives.
  3. Ensure building automation systems are designed, implemented, commissioned, and maintained in a way that supports safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
  4. Partner with design, construction, and commissioning teams to review controls architecture, integration requirements, points lists, sequences of operation, alarming, and handoff expectations for new builds and retrofits.
  5. Oversee troubleshooting and escalation support for complex automation, controls, and OT system issues affecting facility operations.
