This role oversees the maintenance, repair, and operational improvement of data center critical infrastructure, focusing on engineering systems, incident management, site commissioning, and contract administration. It involves leading teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs and industry standards, and developing policy documents.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leads and ensures monitoring activities of ongoing critical environment maintenance support for all service lines to pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service uptime is maintained to the highest standards and that faults are dealt with promptly.
  2. Leads the management of incidents that impact critical infrastructure and the proactive and timely resolution of such incidents.
  3. Leads site reviews and assessments for large-scale or high-priority data center builds, evaluating technical, environmental, and infrastructure factors to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Manages the validation of on-site data centers operations in relation to the engineering infrastructure.
  5. Manages projects or other design and engineering initiatives.
