Vanta is seeking a Manager, Deal Desk for APAC to own the deal review and execution process, acting as a strategic partner to Sales leadership. This role involves structuring, pricing, and approving deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue recognition standards. The manager will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM Operations to streamline quote-to-cash processes, drive operational efficiency, and mature Deal Desk processes as Vanta scales. The role requires strong operational and execution skills, a builder mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with AI tools is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and manage the Deal Desk function for APAC, serving as the primary partner to Sales leadership and ensuring deals are structured strategically, compliant with internal policies, and accurately booked.
  2. Translate and operationalize Vanta policies and strategy for APAC - adapt global pricing, deal frameworks, and Deal Desk standards to reflect regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and local business practices while maintaining alignment with company objectives.
  3. Build strong partnerships with Sales teams and leadership to expedite deals, enhance process efficiency, and position Deal Desk as a strategic advisor earlier in the sales cycle.
  4. Review and evaluate deals for policy alignment, compliance, and booking accuracy, managing all aspects of deal execution including pricing, configuration, approvals, and escalation of non-standard requests.
  5. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to streamline quote-to-cash workflows, ensure scalability, and maintain alignment across functions.
