Manager, Deliver Business Unit Integration, Med Tech role at Johnson & Johnson. This position represents the Deliver pillar for MT Platform teams, bringing functional expertise and a full view of Deliver strategy & operations for the Business Unit. Responsibilities include leading workstreams with SCLT/Platform teams, MedTech Deliver Center, Regional MedTech SC Leaders, and GSCS, focusing on transportation/lane optimization, tariffs, and budget control. The role also involves infusing business priorities into the MedTech SC Deliver strategy, collaborating with E2E SC teams on strategic plans, ensuring visibility into global hubs, driving continuous improvement, ensuring on-time delivery of NPI, optimizing inventory, reducing COGS, ensuring compliance, developing talent, and integrating Deliver into core global processes. The role also interfaces with Deliver Capabilities pillars for network optimization and standardization, ensures 'Design for Distribution' inputs, and partners with BU SC and Deliver Operations for network projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Represents Deliver pillar for MT Platform teams by bringing functional expertise and a full view of Deliver strategy & operations for the Business Unit.
  2. Represents Deliver through balanced role with other E2E pillars (Plan-Source-Make).
  3. Connects BU strategies and requirements into Deliver Center Operations and Capabilities teams, as well as the other way around.
  4. Partners with regions for critical processes and accountabilities, including Performance Mgmt., BP/LRFP, Flow Optimization, NPI execution, Margin Expansion.
  5. Partners with GSCS teams (GTTO, Trade Compliance) focusing on transportation / lane optimization, tariffs management and budget control.
