This role is for a Manager, Deliver North America Portfolio within the MedTech Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson. The primary responsibility is to support the governance, execution tracking, and integration of strategic initiatives and operational priorities within the Deliver NA portfolio. This involves ensuring visibility, alignment, and disciplined execution by acting as a central coordination point across various functions, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions, prioritize resources, and manage delivery risks. Key activities include portfolio governance, cross-functional coordination, performance reporting, prioritization, and continuous improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the governance of the Deliver NA portfolio, including project tracking, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  2. Maintain a centralized portfolio view of all Deliver NA initiatives (strategic projects, productivity programs, operational improvements)
  3. Ensure consistent execution routines, reporting cadence, and governance forums
  4. Track and escalate delivery risks, delays, and interdependencies
  5. Act as a coordination point across: Deliver Operations (DCs, Transportation), Partner Operations / Procurement, Finance & Performance, Planning / S&OE, Transformation teams
