What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a team of technical writers, fostering a high bar for clarity, quality, and customer impact.
  2. Define and drive documentation strategy, standards, and information architecture across the platform.
  3. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support to document features as they are built.
  4. Improve developer onboarding and reduce time to integration through structured, high-quality documentation.
  5. Drive innovation in tooling, automation, and AI-driven content workflows.
