Manager, Digital Integration at Disney Experiences responsible for managing core social platforms and guiding a team of social media strategists. This role shapes storytelling and content strategy on @DisneyParks social channels, focusing on platform management, cross-functional partnership, and driving enterprise priorities through planning, publishing, optimization, and reporting. Key responsibilities include translating business goals into social content, optimizing content for each platform, executing amplification strategies, sharing insights on trends and performance, and building reporting frameworks. The role also involves supporting a team and fostering a collaborative environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee day-to-day strategy and execution for @DisneyParks social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads and YouTube.
  2. Translate business goals, campaigns, and editorial priorities into social-forward content that drives fan engagement, relevancy, and expands into new and emerging audiences.
  3. Partner closely with key stakeholders within Disney Experiences including Public Relations, Public Affairs, and Marketing teams to ensure social content reflects broader segment priorities, ingratiated communication plans, and maintains brand consistency.
  4. Guide content optimization for each platform, including copywriting support, tone-of-voice alignment, and SEO best practices.
  5. Partner with Synergy, Franchise, and Marketing teams to plan and execute social media amplification strategies that extend the reach and impact of key campaigns, initiatives, and stories.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Prior people management or team lead experience
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience using social analytics and publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr) to measure performance, extract insights, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable about current social media trends and best practices, with a focus on performance and ROI
