  3. Direct high-quality output based on planning
  4. Understand Disney business unit activities (movies, games, TV, etc.) and plan/execute cross-functional measures for stores/online stores
  5. Plan and execute market/customer research and share with relevant departments

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in general consumer goods marketing and EC marketing
  • Experience in planning, execution, and direction of digital promotions
  • Experience in planning and directing digital content/assets (banners, HP, campaign pages, etc.)
  • Experience in promotion schedule/budget management and planning/production of sales promotion tools
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills

Nice to have

  • SNS operation, management, and direction experience
  • Planning, execution, and results analysis of MA measures based on customer analysis
  • Marketing and sales promotion planning experience in the retail industry
