Manager, Digital Sales role focused on delivering digital sales experiences across the xfinity.com digital ecosystem, driving alignment with go-to-market teams, and utilizing design thinking to improve the customer sales journey. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, defining requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of data-driven digital experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive alignment on business needs with the broader “go to market” team (sales, marketing, commercial, brand, PR, platforms, business units etc.) with a focus on ecommerce sales KPIs
  2. Work with UX and implement design thinking methodologies to bring these experiences to life across the entire customer sales journey, aligned to NorthStar frameworks
  3. Present these ideas to business, legal and other partners that allows stakeholders to grasp complex plans at a glance through a highly visible process that will require strong facilitation and collaboration skills, managing shifts in strategy to meet competitive needs broadly
  4. Collaborate, negotiate scope, and document final experience requirements with input from UX, technology teams, business units, division leads, journey teams and offer-enablement leads
  5. Prioritize, define and work with content and development stakeholders to deliver data-driven digital experiences for our customers
