Manager, Earner Experience - Quality

Manager role focused on improving earner experience and marketplace reliability through incentives, recognition, quality signals, and eligibility criteria. Partners with cross-functional teams to design and run experiments, collect insights, and drive strategy for product and program initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shape and execute the strategy for earner experience initiatives that improve quality, strengthen positive earner engagement, and reward top earners.
  2. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Marketplace teams to shape future launches, define success metrics, and build a clear experimentation roadmap for earner experience.
  3. Design, review, and run experiments that test new quality incentives, rewards, eligibility criteria, and product experiences, using results to inform launch, iteration, or scale decisions.
  4. Lead cross-functional operating forums, drive alignment across stakeholders, and prepare clear updates for executive leadership on strategy, progress, risks, and impact.
  5. Collect qualitative and quantitative insights from earners, city teams, marketplace health data, and earner roundtables to identify the highest-priority quality problems and translate them into actionable product and program work.
