This role is focused on managing energy and power transactions for a company that provides cloud infrastructure, likely for AI workloads. The responsibilities include transaction oversight, operational execution, lifecycle management, contract administration, and implementing controls and processes. It is not an AI/ML development role but supports the operational aspects of a company that serves the AI industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and manage energy transaction and data platforms, ensuring accurate data flows, user adoption, and integration with internal finance, procurement, and reporting systems as needed.
  2. Own the end-to-end transaction management of energy and power procurement agreements following commercial execution.
  3. Serve as the primary internal point of coordination to transition deals from execution into implementation and operations.
  4. Ensure contractual terms are accurately reflected in internal systems, models, and operational workflows.
  5. Develop and maintain transaction reporting, portfolio dashboards, and management summaries to provide visibility into energy procurement status, costs, and risk positions.
