Manager for the Okta Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, focusing on leading product development for a growing security product.   3. Work closely with Product Management to develop and implement our product roadmap.
  4. Empower your teams to focus on usability, scale and reliability.
  5. Recruit great engineers to accelerate our work.

Skills

Required

  • Managed software engineering teams with end-to-end ownership over their technical stack, development environment and production performance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, with the ability to integrate them effectively into day-to-day engineering workflows.
  • Have successfully built high-performing engineering teams which deliver their product “as a Service”.
  • 5+ years of experience building SaaS or Infrastructure software products as a software engineer or manager.
  • 3+ years of experience being hands-on with Golang/Java/C++/C#
  • Deep understanding of at least 1 major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • 2+ years of technical management experience.
  • Bachelor's in CS, or equivalent

  • Are familiar with infrastructure tools such as AWS, GCP, Ansible, Terraform or Kubernetes.
  • Have opinions on topics like feature flags, CI pipelines and technical debt.
