What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the creation of a long-term strategic roadmap for the team and its partners, socialize it with the team and stakeholders, create a plan for execution and make progress on the roadmap.
  2. Influence the group strategy and drive cross-team execution.
  3. Facilitate the smooth running of the team’s agile ceremonies
  4. Drive the team’s successful delivery of the sprint, quarterly plan, and long term goals. Track plan progression and identify gaps and future requirements. Communicate status and course correction suggestions.
  5. Establish clear goals and KPIs for individuals and the team, provide ongoing coaching, and implement processes to enable forward movement of the team.
