Job Description Caterpillar is a world leader in autonomous products. This role is your opportunity to make your mark on one of those products, the Command for Hauling product. We are seeking an experienced engineering manager who is adept in building and managing high performing teams.

Lead, coach, and develop engineers through clear expectations, regular feedback, performance management, and career growth plans. Maintain a high performing team through hiring, onboarding, and succession planning Own the outcome: ensure that team meets commitments and transparently communicates risks. Skill Descriptors Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
