Manager, Engineering for Netflix's Page Systems Team, responsible for building high-throughput, low-latency backend systems that power member experience pages like Homepage and Search.   • Ability to balance operating inwards to lead a high performing engineering team with operating outwards to build strong and effective partner relations
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to act as a technical advisor to the team
  • Focus on operational excellence of large Tier-1 systems
  • A track record of hiring diverse, highly talented engineers and growing successful, highly impactful teams
  • Excellence in communicating context with the team, stakeholders, partners, and leadership
  • Ability to drive the team’s roadmap by connecting the dots between your team’s work and business needs, managing expectations, and navigating competing priorities
  • BS or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline
