Manager, Enterprise Account Manager

This role is for a Manager of Account Management at EvenUp, a company that uses technology and AI to help personal injury lawyers. The manager will build and lead the customer expansion strategy, focusing on cross-sell motions, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing scalable account strategies. This is a founding team role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and implement the Account Management organizational structure, processes, and KPIs to support rapid scale.
  2. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and customer advocacy.
  3. Develop and standardize upsell and cross-sell playbooks specifically for the enterprise segment.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience and advocate for client needs.
  5. Operate as a strategic builder, creating structure within ambiguity to drive consistent revenue outcomes.
