Manager of Enterprise Architects responsible for leading a team that advises Adobe customers on digital transformation and technology solutions, focusing on customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. The role involves assessing current-state architecture, defining future-state vision, identifying gaps, and providing technical leadership in sales cycles to overcome blockers and communicate the business value of Adobe's solutions. The manager will be a primary technical partner for a Sales VP and accountable for technical leadership within their assigned vertical, while also focusing on hiring, developing, and retaining top architect talent.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act in a sponsorship capacity for deals within an assigned patch of business to ensure application of team standard methodologies and procedures while also driving revenue outcomes.
  2. Identify, recruit, hire, onboard, empower, grow, enable, and retain top architect talent.
  3. Prioritize technical workstreams against capacity while driving technical pipeline progression to meet and exceed bookings targets.
  4. Maintain an operational cadence for reporting and updates that effectively communicates deal status to collaborators on and off the architecture team.
  5. Stay on the cutting edge of Adobe products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
