This is a sales management role at an AI company, not an AI role itself. The core responsibilities involve managing a team of account directors, retaining and expanding business, forecasting, coaching, and partnering with cross-functional leaders. While the company develops AI products, this specific role focuses on enterprise sales strategy and execution, not the direct development or deployment of AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Primary role is to retain and expand your team’s book of business monthly, meeting or exceeding your quarterly quota.
  2. Deliver detailed and accurate team forecasting, build a decent 4RQ Plan to ensure continued success.
  3. Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse world-class team of sales account managers – help developing the best possible customer approach, help tailor customer presentations to the challenges, Business needs, industry & respective persona
  4. Think about the best way to position the entire or parts of Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity portfolio also in conjunction with Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration to differentiate and engage with decision makers in our customer base
  5. Ensure your team is delivering on Account Management objectives and driving best-in-class key results including QBRs, customer adoption, KBOs, etc.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years in a similar role leading teams that support SaaS organizations
  • 10+ years overall experience in software selling (sophisticated solutions & platforms)
  • Experience selling to CIO, CDO, CMO and CFO in enterprise companies
  • Experience developing individual contributors
  • Building trusted relationships with internal and external executive sponsors and end users
  • Excellent written and verbal communications (German and English)
