Manager for Enterprise Sales in the DACH region, responsible for go-to-market strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth across key industry verticals. This role involves partnering with various departments to expand market presence and influence product evolution based on customer insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build a strong community of customers, partners, and employees across the DACH region.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year strategy for revenue growth and market penetration across our core industry verticals.
  3. Partner with Customer Success to build a tailored customer coverage model that drives both revenue growth and retention across all segments.
  4. Lead, inspire, and collaborate with sales and matrixed teams to establish and operationalize our playbook to fuel pipeline and customer growth.
  5. Hire, nurture, and develop top sales talent, intentionally building clear career paths and succession plans.
