What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary expert for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues on IMA filling lines.
  2. Diagnose and resolve moderately complex equipment problems to minimize downtime.
  3. Provide advanced technical support during breakdowns, start-ups, and process deviations.
  4. Drive initiatives to improve Line OEE, reduce unplanned downtime, and work toward zero breakdown culture.
  5. Implement reliability engineering practices and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies.

  • Align stakeholders on technical strategies, priorities, and lifecycle plans for IMA technologies.
  • Provide mentorship, review work of peers, and act as a resource for developing team capability.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Technology teams to improve business processes.
  • Provide technical support for regulatory filings related to filling processes and equipment.
  • Represent the validation program during internal and external audits.
  • Oversee instrument and equipment validation activities in accordance with cGMP and site procedures.
  • Ensure knowledge management and documentation practices are robust and audit‑ready.
