Visa is seeking a Manager, Europe Sponsorship Marketing to support the development and delivery of their affluent sponsorship workstream, focusing on Visa Infinite. This role involves translating sponsorship rights into premium, market-ready programs and experiences for Issuers, requiring strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in sponsorship activation, experiential marketing, or brand partnerships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Co-create and deliver dedicated affluent program with sponsorship property leads, from concept through execution and wrap.
  2. Translate sponsorship rights into clear, deliverable experience concepts and activation plans that can be packaged for Issuers to support the Visa Infinite proposition.
  3. Create and maintain a forward-looking experiences catalogue and calendar, giving markets and issuer-facing teams clear visibility of what is available, when, and what lead times apply.
  4. Build and maintain playbooks and repeatable activation approaches across the affluent experience pillars, ensuring quality and consistency while remaining adaptable to local market needs.
  5. Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Marketing, and market teams to ensure program are aligned, executable, and delivered to agreed objectives.

Skills

Required

  • Relevant experience in sponsorship activation, experiential marketing, events, brand partnerships, or adjacent fields.
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and delivery discipline.
  • Strong cross-functional working capability, able to align multiple stakeholders and keep delivery moving.
  • Experience working with agencies and external partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting live events, operations, and hospitality programmes.
  • Experience working across European markets and with local market teams.
