What you'd actually do

  1. Lead our full-time, global ABPs and oversee our offshore ABP support program.
  2. Balance operational rigor with a human-centric approach, ensuring our ABPs feel supported in their career journeys while providing world-class partnership to Asana’s top executives.
  3. Act as a high-level partner to the Head of RE & Workplace, ensuring the ABP function aligns with Asana’s broader business goals.
  4. Conduct comprehensive strategic audits of internal programs. You will determine their long-term viability, impact on executive productivity, and whether to scale, pivot, or maintain the current model.
  5. Coach the high-performing team of ABP’s, ensuring they are accountable for the overall quality and consistency of their work, ensuring every interaction is grounded in business context and aligned to company priorities.
