What you'd actually do

  1. Manage Staff of exempt/non-exempt and contracted workers
  2. Ability to attract, retain and develop talent and execute a cohesive strategy to create an inclusive culture and build an engaged workforce
  3. Manage and forecast multi-million dollar allocated indirect budgets
  4. Develop, oversee, manage and forecast capital planning needs for each location
  5. Act as liaison with business/organizational units to obtain & interpret program facilities space requirements
