What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a dedicated analytics lead for the Pre-Sales and Partners operations and leadership teams. Develop deep relationships to understand their business rhythms and operational needs, translating complex business questions into analytical frameworks.
  2. Lead the "AI readiness" initiative for field data. This includes exploring AI solutions to help pre-sales and partner teams drive growth, document processes, and brainstorm innovative ways to use AI tools for internal productivity.
  3. Design, build, and maintain high-visibility Tableau dashboards and reporting assets. You will work in close partnership with our offshore delivery team to progress work faster and scale foundation reporting while you focus on high-complexity strategic projects.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years in an operational and analytical capacity (Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Revenue Analytics), preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), BI Visualization tools (Tableau), and CRM data (Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to build advanced analytical models (e.g., productivity modeling, variance analysis) and high-visibility dashboards.
  • Ability to look beyond the "what" to the "why" and "so what," providing actionable recommendations that change business behavior.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical findings into strategic narratives for senior executives.
  • A relentless curiosity and a desire to "build it and own it," working both independently and collaboratively across a global delivery model.

Nice to have

  • Track record of experimenting with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude Code) or implementing AI-based workflows to optimize data modeling and automate documentation.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (Python) and modern data modeling frameworks (dbt).
  • Prior experience supporting a Solutions Engineering or Partner/Channel organization.
  • Experience in SaaS GTM.
