What you'd actually do

  1. Set up foundational databases to enable a deeper understanding of our marketing footprint across channels, in collaboration with our data engineering team
  2. Develop metrics that allow us to understand the impact of various marketing tactics at scale, partnering with our analytics, consumer insights, and business teams
  3. Work with the brand partnerships team to drive more ad revenue from our custom, sponsorship, and live ad packages
  4. Analyze viewing behavior at large to inform marketing campaign strategies
  5. Influence internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to take action on business opportunities based on insights generated

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy and analytics (e.g., consulting, strategy & operations)
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits within entertainment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively influence and contribute with concrete recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
