Manager, FP&A Intl - LATAM & Canada plays a critical role in driving financial performance, transparency, and strategic decision-making across the LATAM and Canada regions. This role partners closely with regional and functional leaders to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and analysis that supports growth, margin improvement, and disciplined investment decisions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for LATAM and Canada, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  2. Provide insightful financial analysis on revenue, margin, operating expenses, and working capital to support strategic and operational decisions.
  3. Partner with regional commercial, supply chain, and operations leaders to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities.
  4. Drive monthly and quarterly close reviews, including variance analysis versus plan, prior year, and outlook.
  5. Support investment, pricing, and growth initiatives through robust financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Experience managing or leading teams, including coaching and performance development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., planning and reporting tools).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice to have

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Business
  • Experience within medical devices, healthcare, or a highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of standard costing, pricing, and margin management.
  • Exposure to finance transformation, process improvement, or system implementations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial topics to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-country or regional operations, preferably within LATAM and/or North America.
  • Portuguese
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent
