Manager, Functional Transformation

  1. Leading workstreams across marketing and content supply chain transformation programs, including digital asset management, marketing resource management, medical, legal, and regulatory review, content operations, and analytics
  2. Managing delivery across timeline, scope, and client expectations using Agile methodologies
  3. Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for marketing technology solutions
  4. Collaborating with business, information technology, and technical teams to implement content supply chain and marketing technology solutions
  5. Supporting business development through proposal development, request for proposal responses, client presentations, and early-stage solution shaping

Skills

Required

  • Experience in consulting or industry within Life Sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or another regulated industry
  • Experience supporting marketing transformation or technology implementation programs
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, Adobe, or Salesforce
  • Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence, large language models, or artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
  • Experience supporting content supply chain processes, including content creation, medical, legal, and regulatory review, publishing, or measurement
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Experience with customer data platforms, customer relationship management platforms, or other marketing technology platforms
  • Certifications in Adobe or Salesforce platforms
  • Experience with modular content or taxonomy design
  • Experience supporting proposals, request for proposal responses, or client presentations
