Netflix is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Kids Games vertical to develop and execute marketing strategies, build awareness, drive engagement, and acquire players for games targeting young audiences and their parents. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, campaign execution across multiple channels, and data-driven optimization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support and execute marketing strategy for Netflix's Kids game portfolio, including connected IP games, casual titles, simulation games, and other broad-appeal experiences.
  2. Contribute to positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with Kids game audiences and differentiate our games in a crowded market.
  3. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, in-app, email, partnerships, etc.) that drive awareness and player acquisition.
  4. Partner with game development teams, product managers, and creative teams to understand each title's unique value proposition and help translate it into effective marketing.
  5. Collaborate with consumer insights and data analytics teams to understand player behavior, preferences, and motivations within the Kids gaming segment.
