Manager, Global Bu Integration

This role is a Manager, Global BU Integration within the MedTech Deliver Business Unit at Johnson & Johnson. The primary focus is on supply chain operations, representing the Deliver pillar, and integrating business unit strategies into the supply chain. Responsibilities include partnering with various supply chain teams, managing performance metrics, ensuring compliance, and developing talent. The role requires significant experience in supply chain, operations, and program management within a complex global organization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Represents Deliver through balanced role with other E2E pillars (Plan-Source-Make).
  2. Connects BU strategies and requirements into Deliver Center Operations and Capabilities teams, as well as the other way around.
  3. Partners with regions for critical processes and accountabilities, including Performance Mgmt., BP/LRFP, Flow Optimization, NPI execution, Margin Expansion.
  4. Partners with GSCS teams (GTTO, Trade Compliance) focusing on transportation / lane optimization, tariffs management and budget control.

Skills

Required

  • 6-8 years overall business experience, preferably with a focus in Customer Service/Deliver, Operations/Supply Chain, Strategy and management of large complex programs
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines
  • Demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration and influence; E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership
  • Proven skill to balance a focus on: operations and customers, global and regional, enterprise and segment

Nice to have

  • MBA or Master’s Degree
