This role manages the global intern evaluation and offboarding process for Amazon University Talent Acquisition, focusing on operational excellence, process innovation, and strategic workforce planning to optimize the intern conversion pipeline. It involves managing a global team, driving cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Owns end-to-end global intern evaluation and offboarding lifecycle—leading scheduling, execution, and quality assurance of Intern Evaluation Forms (IEF) and Intern Evaluation Meetings (IEMs) across AMER, EMEA, APJC, and LATAM.
  2. Leads end-to-end IEM process mapping and standardization across all regions.
  3. Leads strategy and execution for BR participation in SDE-1, Science, and MBA IEMs.
  4. Implements regional engagement strategy for all intern managers, interns, Bar Raisers, and stakeholders globally.
  5. Drives critical IEF and IEM tech enhancements and Intern Enablement Dashboard (IED) improvements that eliminate manual intervention in partnership with tech and analytics teams.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including influencing executive level global leaders
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience including team leadership
  • Strong program management fundamentals including: stakeholder alignment and governance, program execution and change management, performance management, and resource management
  • Operations management fundamentals: process design and optimization, root cause analysis, defect prevention and management
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively, work under pressure to meet critical deadlines, and remain flexible in a changing environment
